We offer a hassle free 14-day return and exchange window starting from the exact date your package is delivered.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jacket must be unworn, unwashed, with all original product tags attached, and returned in its original packaging and brand-new condition.
Exempt Items
Custom-made items are exempt from returns as they are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
However, if your custom item arrives with a production defect, we will immediately provide a replacement or repair.
Proof of Purchase
To process your return or exchange, please provide the order number and the email address used during the purchase.
Return Process
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@jacketcreator.com. We will provide you with the designated return address.
Once your request is verified, our team will email you the designated return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Hassle free returns of the purchased items. In case of a return, we will provide you with a free return label to ship the item back to us.
However, please note that original shipping costs, including Expedited Shipping charges, are non-refundable.
