All orders are processed and shipped based on the timelines outlined below. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing/handling time and transit/shipping time.

Custom Orders
For custom-made jackets, please allow 7–14 business days for total production, processing, and delivery.
Order Confirmation, Tracking & Tracking Page
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you’ll receive an order confirmation along with details about the availability of your chosen leather goods.
You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24–48 hours.
Additionally, we’ll provide tracking information via email, enabling you to monitor your order’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Address Requirements
For accurate and timely delivery, we request that you provide a physical residential or street address. Please avoid using P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses, as our courier services require a physical address for delivery.
Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes
- Sales Tax & VAT: All applicable standard sales taxes and VAT are fully included in our displayed product prices. The price you see on the product page is the exact price you pay at checkout, and no extra tax fees will be added by Jacket Creator.
- International Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments outside our primary distribution hubs, please note that any regional customs import duties or destination-country tariff fees applied by local border authorities during delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
